My buddy "Alex". Alex was pretty much wherever I was in Fray Martin. He was the sweetest kid...hardly spoke, but fascinating.
This is in the top 3 for favourite pictures...this little girl was just beautiful and the camera happened to click at just the right time to capture her sweet smile.
Babies! a whole LOT of them!...and mostly healthy which was really wonderful to see. Can you imagine living in a flannel outfit though in the worse humidity you can think of? They like to keep their babies warm!

I didn't notice until I got home but the women from the Hogar made us very similar necklaces to the one this woman here is wearing. She was lovely.
Alex and a friend...never far from me! They went across to the other side of the river and picked up a dog!
I couldn't get my camera out fast enough to capture this woman coming down the incline that was here. She is barefoot, of course. The balance these people have is phenomenal. They are truly like deer...sure footed at all times, it seems. She looked so fragile but yet was so agile and crisp making her way down the hill. Amazing.
